We offer free shipping within the EU for all products on this site. Excluded are islands within a country.

Delivery time

Usually goods are delivered within 2 to 5 working days from receipt of payment. The exact delivery time for each product can be found on the product detail page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
 

Return

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of the return is paid by the customer.
Please contact our customer service at [email protected], having the order information at hand. Our customer service will give you exact instructions for carrying out the return.

Items must not be damaged, and must be returned in full original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components.
